INCREDIBLE! It was transcendental, empowering and healing. I love that we took multiple angles of approaches to bettering ourselves with a solid center piece of embodiment that I could always expect to be left with. It was easy to surrender into the coaching container because it felt safe, and supportive in a profound way. I never felt judged, I knew I would gain something out of it every time so I was genuinely excited for each session! You have a way of gently coercing the inner child and ego to relax so that the heart and soul can speak - which is what gave me so much life giving insight! Your personality is very bright, grounding and uplifting, also genuine and innocent. I am eternally grateful for this experience.

The structure of it being genuine, relaxing, deep, and communicative is amazing for the development desired. The meditations together were beautiful and listening to everyone’s experience after was so inspiring and allowed for deep compassion and presence to permeate my day afterward. Just coming together and doing inner work together!
