Loncen really took the time to listen. Being able to have someone to listen and not judge or criticize you but rather encourage and validate your views and be willing to see your perspective is priceless.

I remembered how to trust, love and believe in myself again. I was able to dig through layers of who I was and reflect on both the dark and light and re-inspire myself. I once heard that “sometimes its the questions in life that are hard and the answers that are easy” i feel like I learned which questions were necessary to ask in life because I already knew the answers. Loncen provided a platform to be able to ask those questions, and the support and love I received from him and the group made me feel safe in uncertain times and gave me a sense of belonging that I felt I had been missing for a while.
